Matress Sealing
Mattress Sealing SM210A: A practical, easy and simple method to heat seal mattress plastic bags.
The Matress Sealing machine can seal up to 210cm wide bags but machine can also be customized to each customer’s requirements. The machine is supplied without the loading table.

Operation
The mattress having been inserted into the plastic bag is then placed on the loading table (not provided).
The open part of the bag is passed though the machine jaws and is held in position.
Using the pedal switch the machine seals the bag.
When it is still warm, the plastic waste can be pulled to be cut before the machine resets itself. Illuminating indicators guide the operator through the above procedure.
